Appointments are confirmed only after scheduling is completed and written confirmation is received. Dates are not held without confirmation.

Final images are delivered after all payments are received in full. Pricing and services are subject to change without notice.

Travel fees may apply for locations outside the primary service area and will be disclosed prior to confirmation.

Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees depending on the amount of notice provided. Short-notice cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits or minimum booking fees.

Coverage time begins at the scheduled start time. Additional time beyond the agreed coverage may be billed accordingly.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, access, or venue approvals necessary for photography at the location.

While every effort is made to capture key moments and deliver consistent results, specific images or moments cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of live events and environments.

C King Media is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, technical issues, or acts of third parties.

All images remain the intellectual property of C King Media. Usage rights are granted as outlined in the agreement or invoice. Additional licensing may be required for extended or commercial usage.
