What Is an Express Real Estate Session?
Our Express Real Estate Session is our budget-friendly real estate option. You get 1 hour of photography on site with us, and you’ll receive 25 HDR images.
Need more than 25? Additional images are $5 each.
How We Photograph Your Property
Every image we deliver is either a single frame or an HDR bracket. In most cases we bring artificial light with us, and we expose for the windows and everything else in the room so the whole frame is balanced. You’ll see the view outside and the details inside, without blown out windows or dark corners.
In some instances we might use an on-camera flash, but in most cases we’re using HDR bracketing.
What’s Included in Post-Production
Your post-production includes color correction and HDR processing on every delivered image.
What’s Not Included: Advanced Editing
Additional retouching is considered advanced editing and isn’t part of the Express Session. That includes:
Putting logos or pictures on TV screens
Lighting fireplaces
Removing cables
Object removal and similar cleanup
Advanced editing starts at $30 per image.
Add Drone Coverage
Drone is available too. Adding drone puts 5 aerial images on your order, at $5 per image.
