What the FONT!?!? Why Your Branding Assets Matter Before We Film

Thinking about leveling up your brand with high-quality video content? That’s where C King Media comes in. But before we hit "record," let’s talk about something that’s often overlooked—but absolutely critical:

Your fonts. Your colors. Your full brand kit.

We’re Videographers—Not Graphic Designers

At C King Media, our focus is expert commercial photography and videography. While we love helping your visual brand shine, we do not create branding elements like logos or typography from scratch.

To keep your project moving smoothly, we ask for all necessary brand assets up front, including:

  • Fonts (with license files if needed)

  • Logos (vector preferred)

  • Color codes (HEX, RGB, or CMYK)

  • Any style guidelines you want us to follow

Why Fonts Matter in Video Production

If you want your final product to feel cohesive with your other marketing materials—website, social media, ads—then fonts are just as important as footage.

  • Already have custom fonts? Great—just send them our way.

  • Need us to purchase fonts on your behalf? We can, but they will be billed separately.

Our editing team can implement your brand’s typography as long as the assets are provided, along with instructions on how you want them used (e.g., where to apply headlines vs. captions, etc.).

Prevent Delays—Send Assets Early

Without your fonts, logos, and colors, your video delivery could be delayed. Having everything upfront means we can keep your brand consistent and meet your deadline.

So if you’re ready to film, make sure your media kit is, too.
