That’s why we’ve refined our 2025 payment policy to ensure clarity, fairness, and sustainability for everyone involved.
Standard Payment Policy: Due 7 Days Before the Shoot
For all standard projects, payment is required 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot. This policy ensures that all upfront production costs—including team member compensation, equipment rentals, and travel arrangements—are covered before we begin. When these logistics are handled ahead of time, we can focus fully on what matters: delivering top-tier photo and video content.
What About Net 30 or Alternate Payment Terms?
We understand that some companies, particularly larger organizations or government agencies, operate on Net 30 or other post-project payment cycles. We’re happy to accommodate these terms with the following expectations:
Confirmed Payment Date Required at Booking: If mailing, processing, or internal approvals extend your timeline, we simply ask that you provide a realistic and firm date when payment will be sent or deposited. This clarity helps us plan production without disruption.
No Follow-Up Chasing: We do not have a dedicated billing department. Our streamlined structure means that we rely on open, proactive communication from our clients. If your system cuts checks on Fridays or initiates ACH transfers every other Wednesday, let us know—no need for back-and-forth reminders.
