Cutting the Cut: Our New Video Revision Policy

Attention all clients of C King Media's videography service: We have an important update to our video editing and revision services that we want to share with you.

As a studio, we have always taken pride in providing high-quality videos at an affordable cost. However, we have noticed that our previous approach to editing revisions has led to some challenges with excessive revisions and scope creep. In order to address this, we have updated our policies to ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Effective immediately, we will be implementing a new policy that allows for up to three revisions of a project. After three revisions, any additional revisions will be billed at our editing rate of $75 per hour (unless there was an error made on our part). We believe that this approach will allow for constructive feedback and input from all necessary parties while also keeping our costs under control and ensuring the timely delivery of completed projects.
